The only US law enforcement officer billed in relationship with a raid that resulted in the deadly taking pictures of a black woman at her residence has pleaded not responsible.

Previous detective Brett Hankison denied a few counts of wanton endangerment at a Kentucky court hearing on Monday.

Emergency medicine employee Breonna Taylor was shot as officers stormed her Louisville household on 13 March.

Past week a grand jury determined that no officer must facial area direct criminal fees around her dying.

Mr Hankison was fired from the Louisville Metro Law enforcement Department in June just after investigators found he had “wantonly and blindly fired 10 rounds” in the course of the raid, in accordance to his termination letter.

Two other officers who took element in the raid – Jonathan Mattingly and Myles Cosgrove – ended up reassigned to administrative duties.

Ms Taylor’s kinfolk and their legal crew have requested a judge to release the transcript of the grand jury.
